I would think that if you are the Ambassador for your country, you would at least be familiar with the laws, culture, and religion of the host country.
What are the duties of an Ambassador?
According to careerexplorer.com responsibilities are the following:
- Representing their country: An ambassador is the official representative of their country in a foreign country. They are responsible for upholding the interests of their home country and promoting its image.
- Building and maintaining relationships: One of the primary responsibilities of an ambassador is to build and maintain relationships with the government and people of the country they are posted to. This involves attending official functions and events, meeting with government officials, and building connections with local business leaders and community members.
- Negotiating agreements: Ambassadors are often involved in negotiating agreements between their home country and the country they are posted to. This can include trade agreements, diplomatic agreements, and other types of agreements that benefit both countries.
- Providing information and advice: Ambassadors are responsible for providing accurate information and advice to their home government about the political, economic, and social conditions in the country they are posted to. They are also responsible for providing information to the local government and community about their home country.
- Protecting the interests of their citizens: Ambassadors have a duty to protect the interests of their citizens who are living or traveling in the country they are posted to. This can include providing consular services, helping citizens who are in legal trouble, and advocating for the rights of citizens who are facing discrimination or mistreatment.
- Managing embassy staff: Ambassadors are responsible for managing the staff of their embassy, which can include diplomats, administrative staff, and security personnel. They are also responsible for managing the embassy’s budget and ensuring that all operations are conducted in an efficient and effective manner.
- Reporting back to their home government: Ambassadors are responsible for providing regular reports to their home government about the political, economic, and social conditions in the country they are posted to. These reports are used to inform policy decisions and guide the actions of the home government in its relationship with the foreign country.
Now there are many types of Ambassadors, cultural, diplomatic, trade, military, etc,. Mr. Huckabee is considered a diplomatic ambassador. In that regard, I do not believe Mr. Huckabee, former Governor Arkansas, should be removed from office due to his terrible interview with Tucker Carlson.
It was very apparent during the interview that as a represenative of Zionist Christian Evangelicals, he was completely ignorant of judaism, Israeli law, and what determines a person to be jewish. He was often misquoting Biblical verses, especially those applied only to Abrahamic lineage (aprox. 2000 BCE),
Genesis 12:3 “I will bless those who bless you,
And I will curse him who curses you;
And in you all the families of the earth shall be blessed.”
This famous quote is often misapropriated for ethnic propaganda policy and used effectively on any fools that have no knowledge of etymology or historical Biblical analysis; especially those ignorant of Greek and Hebrew rendering.
This of course was applied ONLY to Abrahams family some four thousand years ago. Today the statement is thrown around like the slang “dude” and seems to apply to any person to inhabit the Levant, whether YHWH fearing or a staunch atheist.
I can assure you the phrase DOES NOT APPLY to any secular atheists or those who believe in false gods. You can assume that your descended from Abrahams loins, but you have no way of knowing this. So to make this phrase apply to yourself or any group means you’re either insane, delusional, have no idea of etymology, or simply using as a weaponized language to make others falsely believe you are somehow related to Abraham from 4,000 years ago.
Either way it makes you a liar, a charlatan, or someone trying to trick the listener into believing falsity. The only personnas that use this tactic do so out of ignorance or motive – take your pick as that’s your only options. The rest of you reading your Bibles can take it as face value: those that bless Abraham YHWH will bless, those who curse Abraham YHWH will curse. Any other rendering is malfeasance or taking verse out of context.
It does not mean a certain group is more jewish than another and it certainly does not translate to a group of people who believe they have more rights to real estate over any others. Although in this context I believe that was what Amb. Huckabee was falsely implying.
I have written several articles about what makes a person jewish according to Israeli law and have delved in great length about the Balfour declaration 1917, the Palestinian Mandate 1922, and the Haavara agreement 1933,
“BERLIN, Aug. 28.-A remarkable announcement by the German Land Trade League, published in newspapers here today, would indicate, if correct, that the much-heralded Jewish boycott of German goods has certain qualifications. The league announces the conclusion of a barter arrangement between Germany on one side and Palestine and Syria on the other. The arrangement, according to this announcement, provides that Germany will import 8,000,000 to 10,000,000 marks’ worth of Jaffa oranges, in return for which Palestine and Syria will take 20.000,000 marks’ worth of German industrial products.” https://www.nytimes.com/1933/08/29/archives/nazis-report-deal-with-palestine-germans-tell-of-agreement-for.html
Amb. Huckabee would be well informed to read the 1933 article from the New York Times to understand land ownership in the Levant, particularly about the Germans who were imported there under Hitler. All historical significance aside if you want to know more about what makes a person Jewish you can find out here https://www.adonai-yeshua.com/jewish-identity-in-america/.
Now to the Biblical forecast:
Yeshayahu (Isaiah) 11
10 “And in that day there shall be a Root of Jesse,
Who shall stand as a banner to the people;
For the Gentiles shall seek Him,
And His resting place shall be glorious.
11 It shall come to pass in that day
That the Lord shall set His hand again the second time
To recover the remnant of His people who are left,
From Assyria and Egypt,
From Pathros and Cush,
From Elam and Shinar,
From Hamath and the islands of the sea.
12 He will set up a banner for the nations,
And will assemble the outcasts of Israel,
And gather together the dispersed of Judah
From the four corners of the earth.
13 Also the envy of Ephraim shall depart,
And the adversaries of Judah shall be cut off;
Ephraim shall not envy Judah,
And Judah shall not harass Ephraim.
14 But they shall fly down upon the shoulder of the Philistines toward the west;
Together they shall plunder the people of the East;
They shall lay their hand on Edom and Moab;
And the people of Ammon shall obey them.
15 The Lord will utterly destroy the tongue of the Sea of Egypt;
With His mighty wind He will shake His fist over the River,
And strike it in the seven streams,
And make men cross over dry-shod.
16 There will be a highway for the remnant of His people
Who will be left from Assyria,
As it was for Israel
In the day that he came up from the land of Egypt.”
This has not happened – yet.
Amb. Huckabee may understand that this forecast states that Jordan will be largely conquered by Israel.
The root of Jesse is Jesus of Nazareth that the gentiles have sought after. However, many would argue about this analysis and deny that the scripture says this. You’re free to believe whatever you wish.
The prophecy basically states that North and South Israel will reunite under one banner and would attack east and west.

- Gaza — Southernmost, near the modern Gaza Strip.
- Ashkelon — Coastal, just north of Gaza.
- Ashdod — Further north along the coast.
- Ekron — Inland, northeast of Ashdod (near modern Kiryat Ekron).
- Gath — Inland, further east (modern Tell es-Safi area).
Although no one openly discusses the fact Israel is destroying Gaza possibly based from scripture, I don’t believe they want to acknowledge it. One can see how the Orthodox scholars believe they are fulfilling prophecy. Worldwide the destruction in Gaza is considered genocide. I’m sure King Abdullah II has no interest in this prophecy as it would mean that his country would be next in line according to the prophecy, or perhaps they can negotiate some sort of boundaries.
15 The Lord will utterly destroy the tongue of the Sea of Egypt;
With His mighty wind He will shake His fist over the River,
And strike it in the seven streams,
And make men cross over dry-shod.
This is widely considered the Gulf of Suez and the Euphrates river where the people will cross over on dry ground, announcing a miracle from YHWH to the nations.
So either way you want to believe, Israel is making the prophecy come to fruition as this has already started to happen a hundred years ago,
11 And it shall come to pass in that day, that the Lord shall set his hand again the second time to recover the remnant of his people, which shall be left, from Assyria, and from Egypt, and from Pathros, and from Cush, and from Elam, and from Shinar, and from Hamath, and from the islands of the sea.
12 And he shall set up an ensign for the nations, and shall assemble the outcasts of Israel, and gather together the dispersed of Judah from the four corners of the earth. Isaiah 11
And this,
Jeremiah 7 For thus says the Lord:
“Sing with gladness for Jacob, And shout among the chief of the nations; Proclaim, give praise, and say, ‘O Lord, save Your people, The remnant of Israel!’
8 Behold, I will bring them from the north country, And gather them from the ends of the earth, Among them the blind and the lame, The woman with child And the one who labors with child, together; A great throng shall return there.
9 They shall come with weeping,
And with supplications I will lead them.
I will cause them to walk by the rivers of waters,
In a straight way in which they shall not stumble;
For I am a Father to Israel,
And Ephraim is My firstborn.
10 “Hear the word of the Lord, O nations,
And declare it in the isles afar off, and say,
‘He who scattered Israel will gather him,
And keep him as a shepherd does his flock.’
11 For the Lord has redeemed Jacob,
And ransomed him from the hand of one stronger than he.

Jeremiah 16: 14 “Therefore behold, the days are coming,” says the Lord, “that it shall no more be said, ‘The Lord lives who brought up the children of Israel from the land of Egypt,’ 15 but, ‘The Lord lives who brought up the children of Israel from the land of the north and from all the lands where He had driven them.’ For I will bring them back into their land which I gave to their fathers.
16 “Behold, I will send for many fishermen,” says the Lord, “and they shall fish them; and afterward I will send for many hunters, and they shall hunt them from every mountain and every hill, and out of the holes of the rocks. 17 For My eyes are on all their ways; they are not hidden from My face, nor is their iniquity hidden from My eyes. 18 And first I will repay double for their iniquity and their sin, because they have defiled My land; they have filled My inheritance with the carcasses of their detestable and abominable idols.”
Jeremiah 30 The word that came to Jeremiah from the Lord, saying, 2 “Thus speaks the Lord God of Israel, saying: ‘Write in a book for yourself all the words that I have spoken to you. 3 For behold, the days are coming,’ says the Lord, ‘that I will bring back from captivity My people Israel and Judah,’ says the Lord. ‘And I will cause them to return to the land that I gave to their fathers, and they shall possess it.’ ”
Ezekiel 36: 22 “Therefore say to the house of Israel, ‘Thus says the Lord God: “I do not do this for your sake, O house of Israel, but for My holy name’s sake, which you have profaned among the nations wherever you went. 23 And I will sanctify My great name, which has been profaned among the nations, which you have profaned in their midst; and the nations shall know that I am the Lord,” says the Lord God, “when I am hallowed in you before their eyes. 24 For I will take you from among the nations, gather you out of all countries, and bring you into your own land. 25 Then I will sprinkle clean water on you, and you shall be clean; I will cleanse you from all your filthiness and from all your idols. 26 I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit within you; I will take the heart of stone out of your flesh and give you a heart of flesh. 27 I will put My Spirit within you and cause you to walk in My statutes, and you will keep My judgments and do them.
Ezekile 37: 21 “Then say to them, ‘Thus says the Lord God: “Surely I will take the children of Israel from among the nations, wherever they have gone, and will gather them from every side and bring them into their own land; 22 and I will make them one nation in the land, on the mountains of Israel; and one king shall be king over them all; they shall no longer be two nations, nor shall they ever be divided into two kingdoms again. 23 They shall not defile themselves anymore with their idols, nor with their detestable things, nor with any of their transgressions; but I will deliver them from all their dwelling places in which they have sinned, and will cleanse them. Then they shall be My people, and I will be their God.
Zechariah 8:7 “Thus says the Lord of hosts:
‘Behold, I will save My people from the land of the east
And from the land of the west;
8 I will bring them back,
And they shall dwell in the midst of Jerusalem.
They shall be My people
And I will be their God,
In truth and righteousness.’
Tucker Carlson may question who it is that the Lord has brought back from the “four corners of the earth,” north, south, east and west, and we can contend the legitimacy of the leaders, whether they be gentiles or not. What we must understand is that prophecy is being fulfilled and that YHWH will get His vengeance no matter who He uses in the process to determine His judgment.
