FATALITY: The Clima-Con Scam

Today we expose Carnegie authors that maybe involved in the Clima-Con scam and Ice-Cutioner the narrative like Sub-Zero!

Carnegie employees continue to pander the Clima-Con as an attack on US sovereign infrastructure. Although President Trump has butchered the initiative domestically, villains are still on the attack to destroy U.S. infrastructure through their carbon-credit scheme for world domination. And although they believe they can continue a false narrative to the public through public postings, which could generate illegal investments, legal discourse is in motion to put an end to these scams.

There are currently no allegations towards the authors or Carnegie Endowment based on their publications. However, the public statements are analyzed to see if there is a conspiracy to commit fraud or to coerce business into illegal schemes that may defraud investors or customers.

Although completely debunked by Principia Scientific, the Clima-Con terrorist’ network continues to plot open destruction within the United States in an attempt to bring the U.S. back into the fold, as they continue to do with many nations. Lawsuits are ongoing and the scammers are losing.

As of 2025, most countries remain committed to the Paris Agreement climate change initiatives, with over 190 nations having ratified or acceded to the agreement. However, a few countries have rejected or withdrawn from the Paris Agreement in 2025, notably including:

• United States: President Donald Trump signed an executive order withdrawing the US from the Paris Agreement on January 20, 2025. The US, as a major emitter, became one of the only few countries not engaged in the agreement after the withdrawal took effect a year later.

• Iran, Libya, Yemen: These countries have not ratified or committed to the Paris Agreement.

Under that executive privilege, we’re questioning whether one still has the authority to disrupt or coerce the public, through websites, youtube channels, and U.S. mail with schemes that may defraud. The remaining nations will either decompress involvement as they begin to understand the scheme or continue to blindly follow the Paris Agreement goals of limiting global warming and reducing greenhouse gas emissions wrapped in a big red bow of population reduction and economy destruction for corporate dominance.

Climate Clarity: On the Future of Climate Action in the United States

Before we navigate the propaganda, which is an ongoing investigation, we will not disclose much here other than public statements. Lets first examine the authors.

“Leonardo Martinez-Diaz currently serves as senior fellow and director of the Sustainability, Climate, and Geopolitics Program at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace. Martinez-Diaz holds a Doctor of Philosophy (D.Phil.) and Master of Philosophy (M.Phil.) in International Political Economy from Magdalen College, Oxford University, where he was a Marshall Scholar. He also graduated with honors from Northwestern University with degrees in economics and political science, and was a Truman Scholar.”

“Leonardo Martinez-Diaz is a prominent expert in climate politics, (LOL) diplomacy, and finance. His background includes leading teams at the U.S. State Department, the World Resources Institute, and the U.S. Treasury, focusing on climate-related risk management, global finance, and negotiations such as the Paris Agreement.”

Ok, right off the bat you can see these personnel are entrenched within policy making decisions, the very thing President Trump just broke apart.

When you use the term “DISRUPTION,” this is a seed series term concerning forming corporations to disrupt economic business structures. In other words, a plan to to destroy, make compliance, compete, or dissolve current business models. So this is how you know these were selected candidates to generate misleading data, based on their own internal analysis to guide industry towards what they wish you to believe. To cut to the chase, the purpose was to destroy economies so that China will rise and be the world manufacturer, while the entities who are partnered with them (WEF) can be financed by these initiatives.

Blatant propaganda for dummies. The Barbecue Earth is laden with “We’re not telling you not to eat meat, we’re telling you that eating meat is destroying the earth,” nonsense baloney. It’s the same nonsense as suggesting cows put off too much carbon emissions in order to stop people from eating beef – protein in general – as without such, you’ll succumb to eating synthetic poisons that may sicken you in which their Pharma side of the business fence can provide the necessary drugs to fix you.

The youtube video literally had no comments and very few views. As the ideology is completely rejected by cultures and yet they do not give up on trying to force entire nations into their Clima-Con game to enrich themselves – taking away sovereignity and destroying your assets, for the purpose of dominating said assets into tightly controlled folios, rented back to you at rates they control – all theory of course.

Simply another sheeple control policy and world domination tactic that failed and is rejected and now is being worked out in courts of law. I understand that many companies have legally setup interest in these schemes, unknowing they were being defrauded. I’m sure large corporations who have been duped into these plots will seek compensation from possibly university or NGO that tricked them into investments that may or may not collapse.

• He founded the Critical Minerals Working Group at Eurasia Group and led policy research initiatives at Columbia’s Center on Global Energy Policy.

• His master’s program at Columbia (MPA in Environmental Science and Policy) emphasized energy, economics, and foreign affairs, providing expertise in both the scientific and policy aspects of climate change.

• He is also a graduate fellow of the Clean Energy Leadership Institute and has contributed extensively to climate advocacy and policy publications.

Recognition and Influence

• McBride’s writing and research are published in major outlets such as the Center on Global Energy Policy, the Oxford Institute for Energy Studies, and Foreign Policy. (just like his colleague Leonardo Martinez-Diaz above).

Who runs the Clean Energy Leadership Institute?

“The Clean Energy Leadership Institute (CELI) is run as a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. The day-to-day operations are currently managed by three full-time staff and about 35 volunteer leaders. The leadership team includes Esther Morales as Executive Director and Dr. Anna Broughel as Director of Energy Leadership. CELI also has a board of directors including Adam James, a co-founder and chairman of the board, who is Managing Director of Energy Impact Partners.”

As of mid-2025, she has announced transitioning out of CELI into a new position later in the year. Hmm, I wonder why?

CELI fellows are three plus years in; EDICT interns are sophomores, juniors, seniors in college, or recent college graduates. On the older side, the more experienced side, the fellows really value networks. They understand that part of education is having relationships that you can draw on to ask questions. Infiltrate colleges, retrain people in Clima-Con disruption, build out the networks – rinse and repeat. So a re-education at top university to flow initiates into leadership policy decisions for the purpose (motive) of literally destroying economies while brainwashing useful idiots through indoctrination into utter fabrications of reality. All for the purpose of rich benefactors to make windfall profits off the stupidity of others.

The noble idea since the 1970’s was to transition “everyone” into this green/carbon/sustainable narrative, became a fabricated climate crisis and of course the initiatives failed in Africa; a decades old financial disaster really. Those at the top, the creme de la creme, the rich advocates simply attempted (key word here) a slow, hostile takeover of nature. Harness the sun, “the kardashev scale,” and monopolize natural resource (water, land, food, carbon/you) disrupt oil, since it’s not going to run out for hundreds of years, and push society/nations into a tokenized carbon control grid – where you and nature itself are the product.

Now those who communicate the kardashev scale as a viable energy option are in no way guilty of defrauding the public. It’s those who actually take money from investors, depositing their funds into new entity/derivatives/stocks/etfs and possibly losing their retirement money from believing these fabricated schemes.

Since these entities only make money off of negotiated deals and stock ownership (stakeholderism) and have no vested interest in shoring up manufacturing entity that produce anything with oil, the investments largely center around divesting ALL manufacturing to China (who has the largest fingerprint of emissions) for agreed upon profits while destabilizing and destroying their own economies.

China’s 34% compared to the U.S. at 12% – what a farce right? Anyone who follows this agenda is a moron. and anyone that was tricked into believing the U.S. must follow policies, when our economy is 1/3rd the emissions of the leading nation, smells of coerced conspiracy to defraud.

You can call them traitors, since the goal is to destroy your economy for another country by forcing everyone into electric purchasing power where the prices for power continue to increase and in which they control. And thus battery factories, solar and wind power were the call of the day along with carbon credit schemes to take power away from oil, which they do not control.

Many countries have fallen to the con-game, surrendering their will, as shills for China, who continue to advance coal and energy resource by any means possible.

The energy data for oil consumption to the year 2040 is crystal clear and like Sub-Zero, Chill Sweeps the liars off their feet!

President Trump, or his staff realize that in order to compete with China, who out perform U.S. energy development supply 5:1, (coal/powerplants) they would need to tear up Paris21 initiatives to compete with China who has no interest in slowing down on the computational race that requires massive amounts of energy to stay numero uno in the industry.

We have not discussed key points in the Carnegie Endowment article Climate Clarity: On the Future of Climate Action in the United States, as you can read the hub-bub yourself at the link above. However, any journalist or scientist can break down and debunk paragraph by paragraph the entire article for a more vigorous understanding of the schema, by cut and pasting that data. But it’s alot to consume and the majority of you can’t read past 5 minutes, so I really don’t see the point, as that’s what the lawyers are for.

The only thing you need to know is the bottomline – that the initiative is a giant scam as very well known and debunked. The Enron guys thought they would skate off into the sunset and keep defrauding everyone, but they found out different. The initial investors have lost their butt in this investment scheme, utilising both taxpayer $ and their own funding for this Darth Sidious takeover that crapped the bed and as we say in the investment game – “flopped.”

In America, Congressmen must pull up their pants and take seriously the absolute infiltration into universities and schools to radicalize Clima-Con ideology to our youth to disrupt and destroy economy. A massive fraudulent undertaking that will be wrecking-balled. Investigations should be immediate to uncover all domestic plots, schemes, and sabotage cooked up by their affiliates and business partners. Task Force activated State to State to continue fracturing their network before any more damage can be done to the U.S. economy, or investors, and customers defrauded by these schemes.
